Here’s a news report of a 4 year old who allegedly broke out of his room, wore a little girls dress, found some beer, drank it, got drunk and stole his neighbors Christmas present. This kid is “Cops” material and he’s only 4. I see him and his family moving to Florida in the not so distant future.
