Winter will soon hit the southern hemisphere and some people are already bracing for the cold as temperatures in some area have already started to turn chilly.

Fortunately for some of the stray dogs in Southern part of Brazil, good people have given them a nice place to keep warm and be comfortable.

The Barreirinha bus station in the city of Curitiba opened up their doors and provided beds and blankets for their new furry friends, whom they named Max, Pitoco and Zoinho.

The beds are old bus tires that have been stuffed with warm, fluffy blankets. Fabiane Rosa, a local politician, and animal lover, shared this story to her Facebook page, and of course, they went viral!

She wrote (translated from Portuguese): “Congratulations to the terminal staff, everyone understands that these angels are there and have a right to be. So many companies in Curitiba could follow this example, adopting a pet. Of course it is not the ideal, but at least there are those who are looking after them.”
