Anti-Vaxx Mom Asks How To Protect Her Unvaccinated 3-Year-Old From The Measles Outbreak

Despite the overwhelming scientific evidence disproving claims that vaccines cause autism, there are still people like this who think their child is better off for not getting vaccinated.

Which was a problem for her once she realized she was in the middle of a measles outbreak. This anti-vaxxer mom turned to her fellow vaccine truthers on Facebook for advice.

If only there were a tried and tested method with which to protect people from infectious diseases. Perhaps one that led to measles being declared eliminated in the United States in the year 2000? This accomplishment is something that the recent rise in anti-vax movement is threatening to overturn.

The anti-vaxxer’s post quickly spread online, where the internet offered some hysterically biting advice:

  1. I agree parents should be able to determine if their children are or are not vaccinated. But the risk to the children is also their responsibility. You made the decision live with it. Maybe you need to revisit the issue.

  2. Best way to protect that kid is put it up for adoption to parents who will vaccinate! So sick of these morons! Yes…some things should be parental choice. This isn’t one of them…not when your “choice” can endanger others. That’s where personal freedom ends!

  3. You are correct. But it shouldn’t be your choice to spread a disease that may kill other children, elderly or others with compromised immune systems. If you want to damage your child, that to me is unthinkable, but to do it to others should carry a prison sentence. Seriously check your facts and talk to real physician.
