Andy Gibb would sing, write, and act individual in the late 1970s through the early 1980s, until his tragic death in 1988, five days after his 30th birthday.
Was Lesley Gibb ever a part of The Bee Gees?
Lesley Gibb did perform with the Bee Gees for a time. The Bee Gees’ success did create tension within the band, and a disagreement caused Robin Gibb to leave the band for a time. Lesley would fill in briefly.
Lesley briefly joined the Bee Gees in March of 1969 after her younger brother Robin walked out on the band after a family argument. The group was already an international success set to perform in London, but tensions flared in the week leading up. Robin left the group.
Robert Sigwood, the Bee Gee’s manager, would call Lesley to fill in for Robin as Lesley was a talented singer herself. She would step in to help with the live performance and rehearsed for a month to prepare.
Lesley, however, found the idea of live performance to be nerve-wracking, and soon enough, she would return to her home to raise her newborn twin daughters. Robin would reunite with the band. That would be the extent of Lesley Gibb’s career with the Bee Gees.

Does she have kids
Lesley and Keith Evans had eight children. Unfortunately, information about their children and grandchildren is rare. What is known, however, is tragic. Lesley’s daughter, Berry Gibb-Rhoads, passed away in April 2021 at her home in Las Vegas.
Bernice Gibbs would spend time with her family and be raised by her grandparents, Barbara and Hugh, for a time, likely due to extended travel with the more public part of the Gibb family. Bernice had desires for a musical career of her own.
The tragedy of the Gibb family is one of the darker and sadder aspects of the music industry and is well documented. Unfortunately, Berry’s death seems to be another tragedy beset the Gibbs.
Is she on social media?
Lesley Evans does not appear to be active on social media. However, another member of her family, Barry, is on social media. In addition, there are official social media accounts existing for the Bee Gees.
She was born in the Isle of Man !!!!
Why tell lies?
I don’t think it’s a lie Wendy, it’s just that people don’t check the facts. A lot of people think the Gibbs / Bee Gees were from Manchester, it was even mentioned here on NZ radio not so long ago so I texted in and said they were born in the Isle of Man. They were longer in Manchester, some are even confused as to whether or not they were born in Australia where they did most of their growing up.
What i don’t understand is how so many reporters overlook to say they have an older sister, even the Bee Gees themselves were often negligent in not pointing out there was a sister.
Oh my a one and only sister that 4 boys have not mentioned that’s a disgrace. And she filled in for Robin when he had a hissy fit. It it was me I would have told them to sort themselves out. She was the eldest and the only girl they should have looked up to them
I agree except maybe she did not want much attention.
